owned and operated specializing in residential, commercial and investment
property drying. I can guarantee drying your property and also guarantee it is
affordable. We work with multiple Insurance companies to provide you the
service you need when the time arrives. We also provide assistance in
direction of your claim to expedite your recovery. My name is Edgar
Maldonado and my wife's name is Marge Maldonado. We have worked
together in the construction and water restoration arena prior to both working
at the largest homeowner Insurer.

licensed adjuster in the State of Florida for the past 10 years and can provide
some assistance for you and your insurance company. Our past experience
has allowed us to recognize that water extraction companies have not been
providing the best service and we aim to change that. We believe in providing
a fast, friendly, affordable and educated service at the time of your loss and
you should too. We are certified in water restoration and partnered with our
experience in the insurance and construction industry can offer this type of
service. Our water mitigation process includes mapping your areas affected
on the computer so you can review after our job is completed all the work that
was completed. We use the latest in drying procedures and the latest pricing
program for invoicing.
Our pricing are provided by a third party unrelated to High & Dri, LLC and
insurance companies. Both use this type of pricing to provide a fair competitive
program. Drying is a science that we have paired with our knowledge and
expertise to eliminate the guess work and insure your satisfaction. A flood situation
can be devastating, but rest assured that we can restore your property from the
flood that occurred. We have been participated in the local expo's and have offered
some drawing related to our business such as a wet/dry vac, blower and task fans.
We offer referral fees for those of you who have friends or know someone who may
